Consultant fee schedule:  Case viability fee is $300
Case reviews and preliminary evaluations are charged at
$400-$500/hour, depending upon the individual charge of each expert.
A retainer for a minimum of 3 (three) hours is expected to start.
Deposition fees are $500/hour plus expenses, when located in the home city of the expert.

Out of town depositions are charged at an agreed upon daily rate, plus expenses: travel, lodging, meals, etc.
Trial testimony is charged at an agreed upon daily rate, plus expenses: travel,
lodging, meals, etc.
In extraordinary circumstances it is possible to negotiate a flat fee for a defined task.
